 Caffeica is an established company based in Oxfordshire operating in the out of home coffee market.  We have considerable experience and knowledge, supplying a wide range of equipment, consumables and supporting services within the b2b market. After a period of significant investment followed by a period of consolidation we are now implementing a new strategy for growth.

We are looking for an experienced sales executive who has the drive, skill and enthusiasm to implement our plans for strategic growth. Although there will be a degree of autonomy in developing new business opportunities you will be working with a small team. This position will also require mentoring new sales people.

You will have excellent presentation skills and be confident in communicating at all levels, plus:

·         The ability to meet targets

·         A strong motivation to succeed

·         Developing and managing your pipeline

·         Appointment setting

·         Closing new business.
